Welcome to Druids & Dragons Con 2021!
Tabletop Role Playing Games in the Colorado Rocky Mountains
For the fourth year (should have been the fifth; however COVID happened).
We are returning to Eagle Campground at Carter Lake in Larimer County, Colorado.
We will have plenty of Fantasy Themed Table Top Role Playing Games including:
- D&D (with S.C.A.L.E. Adventurers League)
- Pathfinder
- Pathfinder for Savage Worlds
…and many other systems to fill your weekend with.
Unlike most conventions which are located in hotels or game days located in stores; Druids & Dragons is located at a campground with specifically reserved sites for our group. This gives us the ability to offer and event both in an incredible setting and at a lower cost than many conventions.
We are offering a $25 all you can play pass covering Thursday – Sunday.
When you purchase your badge you will have the choice of
- RV Camping
- Tent Camping
- Non-Camping
Please note, Carter Lake requires a $9 per car, per day entrance fee so you will want to carpool to save money. You will pay this at the ranger station directly. Entrance Permits and Camping Prices (Natural Resources)
This year, we are not charging anything additional to camp.
However we have a hard camping cap of 96 people or 8 people per site for overnight. Total badges will be capped at 168 because we can have 24 tables for seven people per game slot maximum.
If you have family or friends that want to camp but not play; they should contact Larimer County and reserve one of the remaining campsites in the grey areas – Please reference the map below.
Regardless of how many nights you want to camp with us, you can play every day of the con!
Our staff will be coordinating the RVs (up to 10) and 24 Tent Sites (most shared with the RVs); all with 50 amp electrical outlets.
Flushing toilets, pay showers and a convenience store are all within 100 yards of any site.
There is also ample parking for anyone who wants to play day by day without camping.
Day passes will be $12 on-site each day via TTE ($10 cash) and $30 for Friday – Sunday Only (Not Thursday). We will announce on this site and our Facebook Page if we reach the 168 person cap.
Dungeon Masters / Game Masters are wanted! You only need to run three games for a reimbursed badge. This $23 reimbursement will be completed Sunday afternoon through a refund on Table Top Events minus $2 for the credit card fees.
Game Masters will also have their Carter Lake Entrance Fees reimbursed at the convention or after the convention via PayPal. (So catch a ride with a GM if you are a player.) This reimbursement will be completed on a case by case basis; please check in with Dustin Hatchett at the event.
